At SJW Luxe Collections Skincare, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about a specific product, its ingredients, or its suitability for your needs.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or broken. In such cases, please email a clear photo of the damaged product to info@sjwluxecollections.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly arrange a replacement. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned to us for inspection.
